Alka Industries have been a leading manufacturer and suppliers of thrust bearing, impellers and bush. We ventured into manufacturing the spare parts of submersible pumps in 1989 and since then we are known for our quality products. With a clientele of more than 350, we proud ourselves for the trust put in us by our clients.

Thrust Bearings

Thrust bearings for submersible pumps (deep well and open well) need to run under water and hence has to be water lubricated. Considering thrust capacity, design and material science applied and consistently maintained.

Bearings Bush

Alka super submersible bush (bush running under water) is water lubricated and designed specially for excellent performance in submersible pumps, motor and other hydrodynamic conditions.

Casting Product

We have ferrous metal castings using Investment casting and Foam casting technology. We are equipped with related machineries like induction furnace, spectrometer, temperature and other controllers.

Offering outstanding dynamic friction, with a friction coefficient (0.13 –0.18) of less than half that of bronze or nylon.

Chemical Resistance

Our products are resistant to dilute and moderate acids, organic solvents, oils and petroleum.

Dimensional Stability

Products that does not swell when exposed to water or humid conditions, while nylon can swell up to 3% when immersed.
